After graduating from Wake Forest University and Brooklyn Law School, I knew that I wanted to pursue an area of law where I would face new, daily challenges and have meaningful interactions with people. I found that perfect balance with real estate. I began my real estate law career in 1998 and since then have worn every hat, including managing pre-closing, post-closing, bookkeeping, and document preparation tasks. The satisfaction of streamlining important and potentially stressful closing transactions inspired the formation of Hodge & Temple in 2006, a firm that would allow our attorneys to pursue a shared passion for helping people, while affording each of us the time to start our own families. I know a house is more than a home.  It is a financial and emotional investment, which becomes a part of who we are. I have had homes everywhere from Ohio to California, from Brazil to North Carolina.  I’m thrilled to now be making my home in Marietta, Georgia with my husband, Greg, and our two children, Charlie and Delaney.

Raised in Auburn, Alabama, I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a degree in English.  I quickly realized that real estate law would give me the ability to merge my love of reading with my joy of dealing with people on a personal level.  Atlanta became home while I attended Emory University School of Law. After graduation, I worked at a small real estate firm where I met Meredith Hodge. She was my mentor at the time and we decided we could give our clients a more boutique experience if we set out on our own.  Our business opened in 2006 and we strive every day to ensure that each customer is treated like my own family, which consists of my husband, two little boys, and our sweet home. We live in Morningside and love being a part of the community we serve.

Born at Northside Hospital and a graduate of the University of Georgia, I have strong roots in the Atlanta area.  After college, I moved back to Atlanta and worked in property management for three years prior to attending law school at Georgia State University.

Growing up with a real estate developer father, real estate was all I knew.  After law school, I worked for a large Atlanta firm in commercial real estate before realizing the personal nature of residential work was more my calling.  Unfortunately, a job with a residential closing firm was hard to come by in the market of 2007, so I joined Harry Norman Realtors to gain valuable experience on the other side of the table while waiting out the down market.

Four years of sales experience, two kids, and three home purchases of my own later, I have finally found the perfect fit with Hodge & Temple, PC.

I consider myself a true Atlanta native.  Born and raised in Marietta, I attended St. Pius High School followed by UGA for my undergraduate degree and Georgia State for law school.  My entire family is in real estate so it was only natural that I would find myself practicing Real Estate Law, and it is my joy to help people in the home buying process here in Atlanta.

My husband is also a lawyer and we have two small children.  I enjoy my time and home and in Atlanta, but also have a love of travel.  I studied abroad in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America.  With all Atlanta has to offer, from restaurants, the belt line and our wonderful sports teams—I am happy exploring here with my family these days.

I grew up on the beach in Florida and lived in Navarre and Panama City until it was time for college. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences, I decided that it was time to experience life outside of Florida. My next stop was Georgia, and I attended Mercer University School of Law in Macon. While in law school, I had the opportunity to intern in various types of law, and ultimately decided that Real Estate Law was the best fit for me – I get to meet so many interesting people and learn something new each day. As soon as I met the team at Hodge and Temple it was an instant connection, and I am so excited to join this team!

In my free time I enjoy exploring Atlanta with my Australian Shepherd as we make this our new home. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling anywhere I can!

Born and raised in Atlanta, I feel so fortunate to be able to call this extraordinary city my home as an adult. After graduating from The Lovett School, I attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where I graduated with a B.S. in Biology and French. From there, I moved to Oxford, Mississippi, where I attended Law School at the University of Mississippi. Subsequently, I moved back to Atlanta and began my career in Real Estate Law. I worked for 8 years doing residential closings and then took a hiatus to start a family. I now live with my husband and two daughters in Buckhead.

I am so thrilled to be a part of Hodge and Temple, PC. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and helping them through the closing process. We have such an amazing team and we truly care for our clients.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hot yoga (but not too hot!), tennis, walking my dog, reading, and online shopping. I also try not to take life too seriously!

I was born in England and educated at Kings Norton Girls School. I’ve lived in several cities including Liverpool and Birmingham before moving to Atlanta in 2006 with my husband and two sons. We now find our home around the corner in the City of Decatur.

I spent the last 16 years at home with my boys but during my spare time I volunteered at various charities and was a photographer’s assistant, which catered to my artistic nature and love of social interaction.  In 2019 not only did I proudly become a US citizen, but I also decided to join the Hodge and Temple team.  Working here has given me the opportunity to learn about the real estate world which I have found that I really enjoy! When I’m not working, I love to travel, hike and experience the gourmet life that Atlanta has to offer. I couldn’t be more excited to be part of such a wonderful team!

Raised in the metro Atlanta area, I graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have a passion for entertaining which brought me to the hospitality field for over 15 years. I’ve worked in some of the most amazing restaurants and developed my passion for wine. I am a level one sommelier. When I am not learning about new wines, you can find hiking my little best friend Brody (my 8-year-old Chi-weenie). I am beyond grateful to be on this team!

I was born and raised in Indiana and spent my childhood falling in love with the classic Midwest. I graduated from Ball State University with a Telecommunications degree and soon after moved to Georgia for warm weather and opportunity. I have a storied administrative work history with experience in film, live events, and now real estate. I consider myself lucky to be part of such a diverse, fun-loving and top tier company!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two chubby cats, Oscar and Tucker, and honing my movie buff knowledge. On sunnier days you can find me reading on the patio and trying to keep my latest garden additions from dying.

After graduating the University of Georgia I began a career in Information Systems at The Home Depot, Inc. in Vinings. Over the course of my time there I had the opportunity to work not only on the IT side but also the business side supporting the merchants. I quickly realized that to be successful in such a large corporation it would require becoming fluent in a whole host of skills from project management to process improvement.

An unanticipated side effect of being in close proximity to so much DIY home improvement was a fast growth of  my love for fixing things up and general house projects that have helped to make all of our past houses our homes. My husband and I have lived from Dunwoody to West Midtown and now we’ve found our perfect neighborhood in North Buckhead. You name it, I’ve probably done it at some point at Hodge & Temple, and I’m still excited to help the clients of Hodge & Temple begin (or continue on!) their journeys to making their houses homes.

I grew up in Sandy Springs and have loved Atlanta real estate as long as I can remember. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Finance, I moved back to Atlanta and fell in love with the quickly changing intown neighborhoods. My husband and I chose to make Reynoldstown home and couldn’t have picked a better place to raise our son, Clay.

I stumbled into a summer gig with Hodge & Temple while between contracts as an Events Project Manager for The Home Depot. I left that summer feeling my story with this team wasn’t complete. Two years later, I’m back for good and thrilled to be working alongside such a talented and fun group.

Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, and a graduate of Ole Miss, I’ve been all around the Southeast and my husband and I are happy to now call Atlanta home. I’ve always had a passion for animals, both big and small and I enjoy spending time with my pup Jay-Jay.

Several years back I met Katie in the neighborhood and the rest is history. I’m excited to be part of the Hodge & Temple team and I’ve enjoyed learning the business from the ground up alongside such a capable, driven, and fun team.

I grew up in Auburn, Alabama and attended Auburn University, earning a degree in Communications. In 2000, I moved to Atlanta and my love affair with this great city began. I spent 12 years in the Human Resources field, working for both large and small companies, including a national payroll company and a multifamily organization. I’ve had a passion for real estate since I was a child and a number of years ago, when an opportunity presented itself, I finally took the plunge. Working in such a fantastic industry with such wonderful people isn’t something I take for granted. I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the wonderful Hodge & Temple team.

I love to buy and sell real estate, so I’ve lived, literally all over the Metro area. I’m now permanently settled in Big Canoe, just north of Atlanta, in the mountains of North Georgia. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family & friends, a nice glass of wine, exploring new cities with my husband Jeff, trips to the beach, interior design, and renovating houses.

Hodge & Temple is a boutique real estate law firm serving metro Atlanta. Founded in 2006, Hodge & Temple focuses on residential closings closings including condos, new construction projects, and refinances.
